I just found Axill publisher network which has CPA and CPM offers. Axill is offering many Pay Per Lead deals including Dating affiliate programs paying $10 and more per lead. Total is 754 CPA offers so there is something to choose. What is unique is CPM program which is without sometime anoying popups and pays $0.20 CPM. So site which has 100.000 impressions per day you can make $20 per day which is not much but you can combine it with other sponsors or Axill CPA offers. Axill is also located in India so if you have Indian Traffic or you are looking for Indian Affiliate Program than Axill should have geotargetted offers for you. Payments are send via Money Bookers or Check.

PopUpTraffic is here very long time. I have joined this advertising company few years ago already. You get paid $4.00 CPM for Popups, $3 CPM for PopBehind and $4 CPM for ExitPopups. PopupTraffic accept webmasters only from some countries so first check via email support if your account will be approved before you send some traffic. Payments are made what I know by paypal, check and wire when you reach minimum $25. As there is new management there might be new features comming soon.

TLA is well know company paying webmasters for a long time. I cant put this in correct category because it is unique system.

If you have high PR website and you have there space for outgoing links than you can give that space to Text Link Ads and they will sell links in that spot. You will get paid by paypal. I sold already 4 links on shopping site in 21 days each around $10 and have 4 more spots so I will be getting $80 per month for having 8 extra links on PR5 site. Can you imagine to have 10 websites like this and put there 15 links? You would be making $1500/mont. That is good income!!!

This CPM company is also good. But the payout only depends on your performance. The amount you earn is at your CTR (Click through RATE) So if even 5 people click your ads per 1000 impressions you get around $0.30 CPM rate. Good Rates if you have US/UK/Canda traffic. Non Repeating traffic is more preferred. Payments are by PayPal, Check and Wire Transfer.
